Potatopedia:Requests for adminship/Instructions

To nominate yourself or someone else to become an administrator, follow the following steps:

Step 1

First of all make sure the nominee is elegible by taking a look at the requirements.

Step 2

1. In the following form replace USERNAME with the nominee username. Then click the "Nominate user" button.
2. In the editor, substitute Nominator with your username.
3. Substitute First contributor with the date of the first contribution the nominee has made (format dd/mm/yyyy).
4. Substitute Number of editions with the number of contributors the nominee has made.
5. Save the page.

When the votation finishes

When the votation finishes, one or various of the current admins will protect the votation page, and afterwards depending on the outcome they will proceed to give the administrator permissions to the nominated user.
